The posters I have designed so far are a mixture of Russian and Cuban propaganda. Their designs are clearly evident in my posters. I found having a straight-forward approach with the message is most effective for such visually compelling imagery. I also found having a set color, in this case red, create the connection to Russian and Cuban propaganda. One has to keep in mind the subject of this branding system is to create both a humorous and socially meaningful connection between the art parodies and the target audience through attempts at establishing a personal relationship with the consumer and the visuals across multiple mediums, and instead of a typical mass marketing advertisement campaign, the message fulfills the promise of an anti-establishment product that resonates with the visual language, by and for the people of Honduras. I designed most of the posters entirely from scratch except four of them which I super-imposed my face into actual propaganda poster for Lenin. Finally, I believe these posters carry a clear and strong message to its viewers, drink craft brew only!…in this case drink Fito only!
